Info to Help Beat Normal Maps

First off I should tell you what order the maps go in. First is Jungle, then Miracle Sea, then Volcano, then Stone Vault, after that is Canyon, and Finally Sealed Space.

Jungle 1-5
Recommended Monsters: Draco or Higher Evo.
Monster type in this area: Grass
Everyone should start with two monsters, Draco and Twiggy. These two monsters will be your best friends throughout most of the game. In this area you will fight against Grass type monsters and will need a Fire type monster, this is where your Draco comes in. Using Draco will get you through all Normal Jungle maps easily and by the time you finish your Draco should be nearly level 10.

Miracle Sea 1-10
Recommended Monsters : Twiggy/Branchy, Ripper.
Monster type in this area: Water, Rock, Normal, Ghost, Fire.
In this area you will need a Grass type monster, Twiggy, The easiest way to beat this level is to get your Twiggy to a higher lvl by using training, on the first screen to get a couple levels quick. Next you will need a Water type monster as well because Fire type monsters in this area. The best Water monster to capture and use is Ripper. With Twiggy and Ripper you should have no problem completing this map.

Volcano 1-10
Recommended Monsters: Draconio/Draconius, Ripper/Gnasher.
Monster type in this area:Grass, Fire,Normal, Water, Ghost, Psychic.
Water and Rock type are best to use in this area. You will be fighting monsters anywhere from level 13-21. so you will need a good Water/Rock and Grass type to fight against them. Preferably level 15+.
With these monsters and some Jelly's you should have no problem.

Stone Vault 1-10
Recommended Monsters: Ripper, Branchy.
Monster type in this area: Rock, Water, Electric, Normal, Ghost, Psychic.
Water and Grass Type are the best to use in this area. You will be fighting monsters anywhere from lvl 21-28. Preferably lvl 18+ Monsters should be on your team. In this area you may need some Jellys and Potions to complete.

Canyon 1-15
Recommended Monsters: Rocky/Blocky, Draconius.
Monster type in this area: Electric, Grass, Fire, Psychic, Normal, Ghost.
Rock Type and Fire type are the best to use in this area. You will be fighting monsters anywhere from level 27-35. Preferably lvl 25+ blocky and Draconius should be on your team to do well in this area. You will need some Jellys and Potions to complete.

Sealed Space 1-15 ( you do not need to be vip to complete )
Recommended Monsters: Blocky, Draconius, Slider, Lupa, Oogway.
Monster type in this area: Ghost, Psychic, Grass, Normal, Fire, Electric, Water, Rock.
This area will be your toughest yet. You will be facing monsters anywhere from lvl 34-38. The Best monster to have in this area is a lvl 34+ Lupa and 34+ Draconius. Lupa will beat ghost type nearly every time 1 hit, and Draconius does really well when he gets wildfire skill at lvl 34. You will definately need Jellys and Potions in this map and maybe even a couple of dice.

A couple of resurrection cards help too

For non VIPs, drac, branchy and blocky is great in SS. Drac is effective against psychic and magic types

Drac against Grass, Psychic, and Ghost types.
Branchy against water and earth types.
Blocky against Fire, Electric, and Normal types.

When you say lupa at level 34+, do you mean S ranked lupa?

No, the lupa can be rank E

blocky slider and pewgway for sealed space? lolwut? they have some of the worse mdef in the game and on top of that you cant even get them before sealed space unless you get their scrolls from chests, most players wont have them. champ, draco, lupa/mystik, and another champ/lupa is best. champ has better health than pewgway and better mdef than all three but also has some serious attack power. mystik is faster than lupas of the same grade and level as well as any other monster except maybe ignitmare and rhor so his speed is nice to have. lupa is more powerful than any other monster and can do more damage as well as beat any ghost type and draco is only good in ss with whirling flame/shadow swipe, spirit channel, pyroblast and wildfire. the first two are really just so you can do damage if you run out of pp for pyroblast and wild fire ( you only get 15 hits without pp restor potions) and so youll have a weakness for ghost and possibly psychics instead of some weak move like strike that wont even affect ghosts. honestly though if you coin and have epic scrolls before this though,screw all of that and get flight. a level 36 D flight can kill the level 39 felicity at the end of ss 15 in 2 hits max thanks to kamikaze and still have health left over (kamikaze does about 50 damage in recoil to him)
